• As you complete the form, please review the detailed instructions in each section on how to best depict your bike or component(s).

For submissions with multiple components, please include all components in one purchase inquiry form.

Once your purchase inquiry form has been submitted, a member of our team will reach out within 48 business hours with a quote.

We can cover shipping for the below box dimensions or respective shipping label prices, any oversize fees due to exceeding the below dimensions or prices will be deducted from the original offer:

• Complete bikes: 54x9x30" / up to $100
• Framesets: 32x32x8" / up to $75
• Wheelsets: 26x26x10" / up to $75
• Misc. components: Dimensions may vary / up to $35

Please ensure your bike or component(s) are packaged safely to avoid damages during shipment. All contact points within the box should be padded. Elevate Cycling Inc. reserves the right to return bikes or components damaged during shipment due to packing issues and will not be responsible for the return shipping label.

If you are having trouble sourcing a box for your bike or component(s), your local bike shop should have boxes and packing materials for free or at a low cost.

• We can provide payment upfront via PayPal G&S (3% fee), or upon confirming receipt and performing inspection via Zelle/Venmo/PayPal F&F (no fee).

• Quotes provided are valid for 10 days.
• While we accept most bicycles and components, there are some that we may reject due to age, condition, and total retail value. We will kindly let you know if this is the case with your submission.
• Elevate Cycling Inc. reserves the right to return any bikes or components that do not arrive in the same condition as depicted or described during the time of submission, the buyer will be responsible for the return label.
