Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is returned in the same condition as it was sold. This means:
- No additional wear, damage, or missing parts beyond what was described in the original listing.
- The item must be functionally the same as when purchased.
Refund Options
- Store Credit – Full refund in store credit.
- Cash Refund – Available upon request, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Shipping Costs – Original and return shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring orders are satisfactory within the first 30 days. We are unable to offer returns after our 30-day period for any reason. Before initiating a return, please contact us at info@elevatecycling.com for approval. We can provide a return shipping label (cost deducted from refund), or you may opt to purchase your own.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our fast order processing, we may or may not be able to cancel an order depending on its status:
- If the order has not shipped, we will attempt to cancel it but cannot guarantee approval.
- If the item is already packed or shipped, cancellations will be processed with a restocking fee to cover handling and processing costs.
For cancellations, contact us immediately, and we’ll provide an update based on your order status. Cancellation requests made beyond 24 hours will be subject to our refund policy above.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. If the item is not in its original sold condition, we may refuse the return or charge an additional restocking fee.
