All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as sold — unmodified, unridden beyond a brief test ride, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

To start a return, contact us at support@elevatecycling.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within one business day.

You have two refund options:

• Store credit — Full refund as Elevate Cycling store credit. No restocking fee.
• Original payment method — Refund to your original payment method, subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, or we can send a prepaid return label and deduct its cost from your refund.

Exception: If the item arrived damaged in shipping, is defective, or does not match the listing description, Elevate Cycling will pay return shipping and no restocking fee applies — regardless of refund method.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards
• Items that have been modified, installed, or are not in the same condition as sold

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for store credit (no restocking fee) and place a new order. Contact us at support@elevatecycling.com and we can help coordinate the process.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. Most orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Complete bikes are professionally packed in custom shipping boxes. Bikes arrive mostly assembled — handlebars, seatpost, pedals and, in some cases, wheels require final installation.

Bikes typically ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination.

Parts and components typically ship within 1 business day via FedEx Ground or USPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

If your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for 7+ business days) or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@elevatecycling.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.

Please save all packaging materials and take photos of any damage for the claims process. If an item was damaged in shipping or does not match the listing description, Elevate Cycling covers return shipping at no cost to you.

By accessing and using the Elevate Cycling website (elevatecycling.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer or device.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Pre-owned and Certified Pre-Owned items are described based on our mechanic's inspection, and minor cosmetic variations may exist beyond what is noted. Each listing includes detailed mechanic's notes.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices. If a listing error is discovered after purchase, the buyer may return the item at Elevate Cycling's expense with no restocking fee.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Elevate Cycling or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Elevate Cycling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies to all causes of action, including breach of contract, negligence, and other torts.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the website shall be instituted in a state or federal court located in Orange County, California.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, make a purchase, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information.

We also automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and information about how you interact with our site.
