At Elevate Cycling, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable shipping so you can get back to riding sooner.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours will ship the following business day.
Carriers
We ship using UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient and cost-effective option for your location and order size. Tracking information will be emailed automatically once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer free US shipping on all Continental US orders. For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international orders, please contact us prior to order for a shipping quote.
Delivery Times
Typical delivery time within the continental U.S. is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and chosen carrier.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Local Pickup / Warehouse Pickup
We offer free local pickup from our warehouse locations for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

After placing your order, select Local Pickup at checkout.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickups are available Monday–Friday during regular business hours.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when picking up your items.

All local pickup sales are final once the order has been collected.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at info@elevatecycling.com with your order number so we can assist you promptly.
